Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I place an online order?
A: Online ordering is fast and easy. You should already be on your local store's site (if not, click "Store Locations" at the bottom of this page and choose the location closest to you). Pick a category from the main menu, then click on the item you want to add to your order. After you've added everything you want to your cart, click the "Checkout."

Q: I am being asked to login. How do I do this?
A: If you're a first time user click the Register button and follow the instructions on the form to register (you only have to do this once). If you've ordered from us before just enter your login name (email address) and password, and we'll figure out the rest.

Q: Can I pick up my order at the restaurant?

A: Yes. Choose "Pickup" on the checkout page and indicate the time you would like it to be ready.

Q: Can I have my order delivered to a different address than the one I registered with?
A: Yes. The delivery field on the checkout page defaults to the billing addrsss you entered at registration. To change it click the "Add Address" button. You can have several profile addresses if you like which are all automatically available to you at checkout.
Set you delivery/pickup time and date.

Q: How can I give special instructions to the delivery person?
A: Enter any comments in the comments field at checkout

Q: I want to tip the delivery but don't have cash. What can I do?
A: You can put it on your credit card at checkout.

Q: My office just moved but I want to keep my account and change the address. Can I do this?
A: Yes. Click the Login link at the top right hand corner of this page and log in to your registered account. You will berecognized and taken to your account page. There you may chang a number of things, including your master account information. You may also add alternate accounts for delivery purposes.
